Dale Little, DPT, OCS, MTC

Dr. Little attended California State University, Fresno for his undergraduate degree and shortly after completed post-professional training at the University of St. Augustine for his Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Initially located on Mission De Oro Drive in a space of 350 square feet, Proactive Spine & Sports Physical Therapy was established in 2013.

Dr. Little relocated the practice to Larkspur Lane in 2016, which offered 2,400 square feet of space!

As the practice has continued to grow, we began the transition from FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center to Physical Therapy on the Rock in May 2024.

This new title was inspired by a patient who uses American Sign Language, as well as Dr. Little’s commitment to serving the community and his faith. (Ask more about this memory.)
